Do I have to be a gym member to join?

No, the challenge is open to both members and non-members. Anyone looking to get in shape and compete is welcome.

Do I have to weigh in every week to stay in it?

No, as long as you weigh in the first week and the last week, you’re eligible to win. However, we encourage weekly weigh-ins to track progress, stay motivated, and compete on the leaderboard.

Will my weight be visible on the leaderboard?

No. Only body fat % lost will be shown. Your weight and body fat percentage will remain private.

Where can I see the leaderboard?

The leaderboard will be displayed in the gym, on our website, and on our Instagram with weekly updates.

How are winners determined?

Winners are chosen based on body fat % lost relative to their starting body fat percentage, measured through InBody scans. This means the competition is fair for all body types—someone with a lower starting body fat % who loses a small percentage can rank similarly to someone with a higher starting weight.

What if I miss a weigh-in?

Missing a weigh-in won’t disqualify you, but it may affect your ranking on the leaderboard. The more consistent you are, the better your chances of staying competitive.
